At Anyaah_Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we also maintain clear guidelines to handle returns and refunds fairly and efficiently.
Returns
Returns are accepted only within 7 days (168 hours) from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must notify us within this 7-day window by contacting 6296562879 through WhatsApp with their order details and the reason for return.
We accept returns only for products that are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind or incorrect ordering (e.g., “I placed this order by mistake”)
Fit or size issues (e.g., “The t-shirt is not my size”). For this issue, we can only entertain exchange offers.
Any vague or subjective reasons not related to a product defect or incorrect delivery
Refunds
Refunds are processed only for valid returns of damaged products or wrong deliveries after product inspection.
We do not provide refunds for reasons outside the above-mentioned valid cases.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product at our end.
- For the initiation of a refund, customers need to provide a video of unboxing the product.
Shipping charges (both delivery and return shipping) are to be paid by the customer in cases of any exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers must be available to ship the product back within the specified return window.
Anyaah_Clothing is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
For valid returns (damaged or wrong products), Anyaah_Clothing will cover the return shipping cost after verification.
Special Scenario
- An order was placed for a product which is wrong in size.
- In such cases, the customer should bear all the courier costs (the courier cost to pick up the order and the courier cost for the delivery of return items)
- These costs should be paid by the customer up-front
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team via info@anyaahclothing.com or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Provide order number, reason for return, and photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect product (if applicable).
- Also, provide genuine video footage of the unboxing of the product.
Await return authorisation and further instructions from our support team.
After approval, our courier partner will pick the item up from the customer’s address.
- Any failed attempts for return pick-up will not be entertained by Anyaah_Clothing and may end up causing no-return issuance.
Final Notes
We recommend that customers carefully check their orders upon receipt and report any issues immediately within the stipulated time. This policy helps us maintain quality control and provide prompt resolution for genuine cases.
